We love a good hot sauce that almost takes your soul in the first bite. We are growing a wide array of peppers and will be looking for testers interested in providing feedback on our recipes.
Herbal Wines
We have a LOT of blackberries on our property. Our first foray into wine-making was a simple basil blackberry wine and it was a great success. We'll be experimenting more different berries and herbs.
Flavored Vinegars
